I have been working out for about 2 months.. or 1.5 and my muscles are getting harder and i DO notice increased strength.. but i am wondering when will it start to show in my pecs and abs. i have changed the way i eat and i am losing some weight( not fast enough) but i am wondering how long until i start to SEE the results..
