Who went to the gym today? (Thanksgiving)

I did

My gym was open until 1pm so I went in this morning. It was a lot of people there busting their asses to make up poundage they was going to add to it later on in the form of turkey, dressing, pies and cakes.

I had a good workout though.

nah dude, I stayed home and ate with reckless abandon. This week, I only trained on monday(did shoulders) and then took a break for the rest of the week. Next week I'll resume my weighttraining.


p.s. and on monday I hit personal best with (front)Barbell shrugs. I pulled 495lbs(about 225kgs) for three reps. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!

The campus gym was closed for this week so I did my calisthenics and ran a few miles. I'm taking today off to chill and get some of my work done; I got three papers due, a take-home law exam, and a speech to prepare for.
