when i do recommended exercising, like back for example
pull ups
lat pulls
rowing
lower back extensions
im not sore the next day
if i do 3 lat exercises, 2 middle back and 1 lower back im sore(in a good way) for 3-4 days, isnt that the way it should be?

By "3 lat extensions" you mean 3 upper back exercises right?
Why not just do two upper back, 1 or 2 mid back and one lower back(like deadlift)?
I think you might be over training a bit your upper back(or back in general), unless your goal is to speed develpment for your upper back. Even then it might still be considered over training a bit. The problem Im seeing here is that if your diet is not in par with your high volume training you're not going to grow much. In general you shouldn't be sore for more than 2(or 3) days after a grueling iron session.
If you have experienced gains with this high volume method, then stick to it. But if not, I would advise to diminish the # of exercises a bit(by one or two). By the way, keep eating BIG!!!

appreciate it. i used to never feel sore, and i made no gains. now when im sore for like 3-5 days im getting biggers. skeeos be telling me all the time how manly i look, and i cant fit into some of my polos anymore so im making progress. ima start cutting everything down by one exercise though.
for chest i do flat bench 4x,cable declines4x,cable inclines4x, incline db flyes4x, dips3x, flat flyes 3x
i think im overdoing it
