My neck has gotten bigger(thicker) since I started lifting. And to be honest I attribute alot of my neck thickness growth to deadlifting and off course my diet as well. Deadlift is my favorite exercise, I deadlift twice a week some weeks. Ohh Yeah :evil:
weight goal: 260 or bust!!!!!!!!!!!! :evil: :evil:
