rear BB shrugs(BB behind you)---> my favorite
front BB shrugs
DB shrugs
inclined DB shrugs(back on the bench)
incline DB shrugs(chest on the bench)
deadlifts are also great for traps

love working delts+traps...well I love working out every body part.. :evil: :D

I like doing DB Strolls too. We used to do them for football and man did they get your traps lookin like mountains.

Its pretty simple actually. Just grab a decent weight, let your arms hang down as you grip the sh*t out of the DB, and just start walking real slow for ATLEAST two minutes. You gotta remember to keep your arms and traps flexed and tight at all times to really benefit from it. You can try variations like performing the actual shrug but staying in that position as you walk without letting your arms drop.

If your using a good amount of weight after the first minute you'll probably be dying to drop those dumbbells, but resist the burn and man up. If you decide to use the contracted version of the stroll then aim for 1 minute instead of 2, unless you feel like popping a blood vessel.

that sounds like a killa traps exercise, Big H. I shall try that in the near future.
