Ok heres an idea, drop ur favorite recipes here that maybe uve made up or read somewhere. Recipes that taste good, but have great nutritional values.

Blueberry(or any fruit) pancakes

1 serving Whole wheat pancake mix
1 serving blueberry
Sugar free syrup
2 scoops vanilla protein

Mix as directed than add ur protein and blueberries. U dont need to add extra water or anything.

Great for a power breakfast, Fiber, carbs, and high protein. With very little fat.

I like to use this for breakfast sometimes back home when I'm cutting:

6-10 egg whites
2-4 oz. of Cajun Style Turkey Breasts or Low sodium
2-3 oz. of Sharp Cheddar Cheese (white)

1. Use low heat and throw on the frying pan and hit it with some Pam
2. Pour the egg whites into the pan and let them cook for lil bit. Let them form a circle.
3. When the egg whites are just about ready shred up the turkey breasts and shred the cheese and sprinkle it on the egg whites
4. Fold the egg whites in half and you got yourself a quick omelette.

You can use less or no cheese if your watching your fat intake, and add a slice or two of 100% whole wheat bread for your carbs topped off with a nice cup of coffee. I like to add some low-sodium hot sauce for some flavor.

another simple favorite of mine, is one pack of sugar free jello pudding. 2 scoops vanilla protein and prepare as directed. U can either eat it like that or get u a reduced fat pie crust and make a pie out of it. Or some reduced fat nilla wafers and mix them with it. Either way real good dessert
