Alright heres whats up with abs. ABS are not an anomoly muscle. They need to be worked the same as any other muscle.

Im not impressed if u can do 100 straight crunches, and it doesnt work. No u can not properly work them out every day of the week. If u do abs and eat bad ur stomach will not get a six pack

Doing insane amounts of reps to target ur abs is stupid. In fact higher reps like that will actually string ur abs out and take away from the definition u could achieve. Its proven that abs need to have weight resistance training just like any other muscle. And no more than 25 reps should be done at a time.

Abs like any other muscle need days to recover. If u insist on working ur abs everyday they will not develop properly. They will be stunted just as if u worked ur chest everyday or ur biceps everyday.

If u continue to eat bad but start doing crunches u will build up muscle underneath all that fat and have no abs just a really strong fat stomach.

that me right now.. im starting to lose some weight, but my boy i slimmer than me and has a six pack. but my abs are stronger
