NO2 is a complete waste of money in my opinion, and Anavol is just another over-priced creatine blend.

NO2 simply dilates your blood vessels so you pump more blood throughout your body. This is why SOME people claim to experience solid pumps and a fuller look. For the long-run its not worth the money.

And as for Anavol, you can find hundreds of cheaper and more effective substitutes. Creatine is Creatine; only difference in some products is that they are absorbed differently (Mono, CEE, Kre, Alpha-Keto).

Damn I f**cked up bad.

I'm currently taking No2 and v12 since Im working two jobs. And I go to the gym late night therefore I need some kind of stimulant at night. And I was only planning to start my mass pogramn/diet in January. Why would you suggest me to do?

V12 is a solid product, try Swole V.2 if you get a chance though.

V12 is a creatine product but it provides the same effects as NO2 so stacking both is a waste. Stick with the V12 for now, but if your looking for a stimulant try taking one capsule of caffeine or NeuroStim by SciVation. Neurostim is a great product; one of the few supplements that actually does what it claims to do.

When I was testing Neurostim I would drop some CEE into it and down it pre-workout, and then take a single serving of CEE post-workout.

Here's my objective.

November/December : Get back in shape ( I stopped training a year ago)
January-March : Mass

What would be the workout you would suggest and the supplement to take with each phase?

Keep in mind I go to the gym 4 times a week . Twice during the weekday at 10:30 pm and twice the weekend early afternoon.

Well if you stopped training a year ago then Mass is going to be your first goal and this is due to Muscle Memory. Your mass is gonna be the first thing you get back; strength on the other hand will take time. I can't really design a workout since everyone is different but I can suggest some pointers for starting out for mass:

Build your workout around core exercises like Bench Press and Squat. For each muscle group your gonna want to go with moderate weight and about 8-10 reps per set. Try to do atleast 3 sets for each exercise (not including warm-up). You want to reach positive failure which is pretty much where on the last rep you gotta work for it, but your able to do it.

Make sure your eating right, getting enough protein, and training each muscle groups ONCE a week, and your well on your way. Strength will take a different training routine though.

This is just a rough guide, but it just goes to show you how simple it is. Different phases require different routines, but the more you lift the more you learn how to adapt to each phase.

SO taking V12 and No2 is useless ( Thank God I didnt pay full price lol).

I also take Zma before going to sleep. Getting that 8 hours is tough but I'll manage.

yeah i never heard good things about no2. I stick to the basics, protein, creatine, glutamine, and cycle on and off ephedrine

They essentially do the same thing (however NO2 is garbage for strength boosts) but one is cheaper and actually provides some results. Swole V.2 is like V12 but tastes better and in my opinion helps more with endurance. Both products do provide vasodilating effects just like NO2 as well.

NO2 is simply L-Arginine in a different form with fancy packaging and a jacked up price.

Stick with the ZMA, another over-looked supplement, for some strength increases and further recovery.

Thanks. What about T3 supplements?!

And is it possible to get cut while being in a mass building phase?

T3 for Test-boosting or Fat-burning?

Its possible to keep fat gain at a minimum by means of clean bulking, but very tough. You'll need to eat double what you would normally eat during a regular anything-goes bulk. I suggest you TRY to eat as clean as possible (no junk food, sugar, candy, excessive carbs, sat. fat, trans. fat, etc.) and just keep on lifting. When to cut is up to you; I like to separate my phases by months but others just go off instinct.

Is that effective to cut up?!

I've been starting to read muscle and fitness again and I also have a friend that works at gnc. I have have been reading those ads about the Gakic supplement by muscle tech. Its really popular with gnc clients my friend told me. It seems like the perfect supplement to boost energy without ahaving the bloating creatin usually gives you. What are your thoughts on it?

Well you can't truly gain muscle without eating an excess in calories and protein. This is why you either do one or the other. Your better off bulking up first and then going on a cut cuz your gonna have a terrible time trying to lift for muscle gains on a calorie deficit.

Also remember that its not about how much you eat in portions, but the actual calorie count at the end of the day. Going on a clean bulk requires more eating of CLEAN foods to equal the same amount of calories you would take in during a JUNK food bulk. (Ex: Eating three chicken breasts instead of going all out on a pizza).

Gakic is over priced and bullsh*t in my opinion; plus I wouldn't put much faith in MuscleTech products. The only half decent product MuscleTech ever put out was Hydroxycut and even that was outshined by better, and cheaper products.

And keep in mind that Gakic is simply another form of L-Arginine, something you get in your protein shake daily. BCAA's and Amino Acids taken pre-workout would provide the same effect of that Gakic crap.

Plenty of products will provide the same effect; the determining factor is price and quality. You could go head and buy that Gakic and MAYBE see results, or you could consider the cheaper alternatives and be almost guaranteed results.

If your talkin about the T3 product that NxCare makes then I'd say stick with a ZMA supplement/stack. T3 is geared towards men who are up in age and NEED that test boost to regain the strength and growth they had when they were younger.
Also keep in mind that once again we are talking about two supplements that are the same. The only effective ingredients in T3 are ZMA and Tribulus, which you can buy separately for much less money.

You can stack ZMA and Tribulus for cheap, but most importantly with safety. Also, all ZMA products are natural.

Just stick to the basics.

Whey protein (Isolate is preferred), Multivitamin, Creatine (Mono, CEE, or another Creatine supplement), and a lot of food and water.

Don't get caught up in all the hype of these supplements that claim to offer outlandish results cuz chances are you'll end up gettin shafted in the end.
