I hate doing cardio really, but I have to. I usually do everything, from biking to stair machine. Playing basketball sometimes too. I started back running, so I've been doing treadmill work recently.

Sh*ts boring to me too, but just listen to headphones. Thats all I can tell you.

You can also do circuit training though, if you lift weights. thats when you move from machine to machine and exercise to exercise with minimal rest (you can't go real heavy though). Thats about it...

so you mean just lift, but lighter weights, more reps so you dont get overworked, but at a high pace to keep your heart up?

yeah, i hate cardio, but especially in the winter i dont want to stop... still wanna drop some weight so im just tryin to figure out something to keep myself goin...

if the grounds dont have too much snow on them ill still be outside, but northeast winters arent the most pleasant ones...

I cut down on cardio during winter and change my routine a lil bit (3x10 or 3x12). I'll still do cardio, but maybe twice a week instead of four times a week.
