I'm tired of this and have no one to blame but myself. For about the past 4 years my weight has flucuated between 200-283(my heaviest ever). I am about 235 right now but my problem is every time I get to where I wanna be, I go back to my old habits. I stop working out and eat fast food ALL the time and drink alot more. My b-day is on the 21st of Nov(Scorpios stand up) and I know after that, especially with the holidays coming right after that I'm gonna be on my way back up the higher end of the scale.
How do ya'll keep your motivation to not lose the progress you've made?
i put a picture of myself(when i was my heaviest) on my wall. i look it it each day to remind myself of how fat i use to be and how i never want to get like that again. just looking at that pic will make me want to hit the gym each night. ive also trained myself to hate fast food. everytime i pass a wendys, mcdonalds or burgerking my stomach will start hurting. at the beginning of this year i was at 235 and now im down to 170 :)

Hell yeah, I can't even touch fast food anymore except for Taco Bell for some reason. My problem was that I ALWAYS stayed at the same weight. I was 215-220 for about four or five years straight. No matter how much or how little I worked out I stayed in the same range. I fukked around and gained an extra 30 over like a 2 month period and I'm still trying to lose that.

I used to be. I would lose weight then get lazy and gain it all back and repeat every few months. Now I'm just kinda losing and gaining the same five pounds. but i think that might be hormonal cause it's like every month.
