I used to take Hydroxycut with ephedra but I dont think it will be as good with out it.... I also took ripped fuel and that seemed to be good as well.
Any good ones?

When Ephedra was legal Xenadrine was king sh*t followed by Lipo 6 by Nutrex. If you want a good fat burner now you gotta buy Ephedrine HCL and stack it with Caffeine; adding Aspirin is up to you. Ephedrine HCL is still legal (for now) and some people report it as being stronger than Ephedra, however I feel its weaker, but then again I have an extremely high tolerance for stimulants.
For the Ephedra-free fat burners Lipo 6 is still pretty damn good, but you shouldn't stack it with Ephedrine HCL because it doesn't mix well with Yohimbe, which last time I checked was in Lipo 6.
Either make your own EC/A stack or just take Lipo 6.

Go to GNC and get that Rapid Thermal. That and that alpha lean will have ya blitzed though. a gang of ****in energy. Gotta workout while ya on it. Trust me

Where can i get Federmines? (not sure if thats how u spell it) but I know of a few people who lost lots of weight with it. I've put on a lil bit of weight in my stomach and I've increased my ab work but that would just help speed up the process. My abs don't look like they did in my avi anymore.

Never heard of it. Its probably prescription.

This is why Aspirin is optional; its not extremely essential. Aspirin serves as a helper for the two main ingredients (Ephedrine and Caffeine). It can relieve headaches associated with EC stacks, but is mainly used to prolong the thermogenic effects of the EC stack (not proven though).
I personally don't use Aspirin in an ECA stack because it can be harsh on your stomach, especially if you take it without food. This is why some companies use White Willow Bark instead of Aspirin because its easier on the stomach, but provides the same benefits.
I prefer stacking Ephedrine and Caffeine with CLA, but you can take the easy route and stack Ephedrine with just about any fat burner; just make sure the fat burner doesn't contain any form of Yohimbe. Ephedrine and Yohimbe in a way cancel each other out and cause more side-effects than needed.

asprin thins your blood which allows it to be pumped faster throughout your body delivering oxygen that much faster to your muscles.
That's why you get drunk alot quicker if you take some asprin before you drink, cuz of the thinner blood(no, i don't have a drinking problem :unsure: )
*edit* my fav fatburner was thermadrene back when it had ephedra in it. it was less than $15 for 60 tablets and it worked like a champ.

anyway which ephadrine product(s) would you recommend? also if taken as directed is it compatible with other stimulants ... (Taurine ..Guarana ...etc??) i'm not tryna collapse dead on the field\mid workout or no ish like that. :hmm:
i never go over recommended dosages...but I'm still curious...

i tried this today .... i don't have any Ephedrine(yet) so i just did the aspirin with my regular alternate stimulant (caffeine\gurana based) like 30 mins pre workout. then i also drank an 8 oz bottle of "Redline" pre workout http://www.fitnessone.com/product_info.php/products_id/623 ...
holy sh*t.... BLITZED!!!!!!! i swam 65 laps (2 miles) and it felt more like 1500 meters. will def be using this method from now on. i can't will till i find the actual Ephedrine HCL to go with the stack. :evil:

I love the stack for cutting, it's simple and cheap to make and provides excellent results. I do admit that I don't feel the sting from it like the original Ephedra had, but the HCL gets the job done. If you need some, your best bet is to go online to bodybuilding.com or 1fast400.com and buy it.
but Redline is a beast thermogenic. Redline was VPX's attempt to replace their Liquid Clenbutrx which was probably one of the fastest acting, and strongest Ephedra-based thermos I had ever taken (Next to Lipo 6). The only downside was the vile taste you had to survive in order to get your dosage which was shot into your mouth.
I tried Redline and liked it, but it wore off quickly 20 minutes into my workout. This type of RTD thermo is great for people who don't have an already high tolerance to stimulants.

It was originally Ephedra/Caffeine/Aspirin.
Since the ban its now Ephedrine HCL/Caffeine/Aspirin.
Typical dosage was 20mg of the E ,200mg of the C, and 81mg of the A.

but u dont know why the aspirin. I just started back on my ephadra cycle and im just popping it with the new ephadra free hydroxycut. Do u think i should add a aspirin? Sounds kinda risky to me blood thinners and all
