its about time for me to get some new protein. i know some duide that took muscle milk, dude got big as ****, suggestions?

I take it now. It's supposed to give you protein and get you lean. I've tried different proteins (the regular Whey), but this is mainly the thing I've used. I've gained about 40lbs of lean muscle in the year I took it regularly, with a mixture of creatine, and my bodyfat% didnt explode, I stayed around 10-12%.
So far, it's straight and I haven't had any problems with it. Tastes better than alot of others also. About $25-$30 per container. I haven't taken it regularly, but will start soon when I get back into working out seriously

i take it...definately works...been usin it for about 4 months...im sticking to it...
added about 10lbs of straight muscle

It helped make me stronger and I also bought the cytogainer weight gainer and the meal replacements this time
I was skeptical about Muscle Milk at first but its a solid product. Not just the taste but the macros make for an overall good product.

I just take whey protein(isolate) by ON(optimum Nutrition). I tried muscle milk once before and didn't like the taste that much. so I just stay on Whey Isolate protein.

MUSCLE MILK IS THAT PIFF..... I GOT LEAN OFF OF IT but i took it with water.... about $18-19 on www.muscledepot.com i took it 2-3 times a day. when i was craving sweets i took it! Rocky Road IS Great! Chocolate is Great! Vanilla and Cookies and creeam are good but I got bored of them... I liked banana. And MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP......... DAMN... THAT WAS SOMETHIN SERIOUS.... TASTED LIKE A MILKSHAKE FROM THE ICE CREAM SHOP!!!
THE BEST SHAKE I HAVE EVER TAKEN.

FUKK NO.... I PUT ON MAD WEIGHT.... I AM 220 RIGHT NOW... GOTTA GET BACK DOWN TO 195. FOOTBALL INJURY (NECK) AND A GYM INJURY ( SHOULDER) KEPT ME OUT THE GYM FOR A MINUTE..... SH!T SUCKS... I CAN TAKE IT OFF IN ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF.

Fa'sho. Sh*t kept me lean also, at around 190, but I can't keep on weight for sh*t. I need to re-up also on that and some creatine. Hard times, can't get back and do what I used too...

In Atl, I go to a place calle "The Vitamin Shoppe". In MIA, I go to a GNC at a nearby mall. I usually cop it from around 25-35 then, depending on what sale is going on...

What flavor you got. I use to scoops with skim milk or water (sometimes both when struggling). It's by far the best tasting shake I've ever drank, except for the cookies and cream. The Strawberry shake tastes just like a Strawberry shake.

I need to peep the strawberry kind.
I usually fukk with the chocolate and that shyt taste pretty good. I tried the banana cream but got tired of it after one tub

Chocolate was good, Vanilla was straight, I took Cookies and Cream which was disgusting to me (but it wasn't Muscle Milk I believe, it was the weight gainer version of muscle milk) and I took a minty taste that was ALRIGHT at best.
My favorite is the strawberry though, I go with that one the most.
