This is an after workout question... immediately after workout is it better to use Creatine or WHey? or Both? let me know...

Always have Whey following a workout.

Creatine is best used before the workout, but if its CEE you take it pre workout and then after the workout. Taking both won't hurt you, but ALWAYS take a shake following your workout and make sure you eat 30 minutes to an hour after the shake.

i usually take creatine a half hour before - i do notice that i've been able to go harder for longer than the other guys in the gym

and i take a protein shake after...so i'd say both, but read the instructions on what you take to find out when its prefered, and what you should take it with

I take whey (isolate) protein before and after my workouts.
