im not a stan but i would think they hate cam more. at least with Jay there is an actual rivalry (in terms of skill level) that a true hip hop fan can appreciate. in 25 years the only reason anyone might remember Cam is that for a year or so he was able to singlehandedly defy hundreds of years of accepted social customs my making pink fashionable for men.
