My lord!!

That shiit is hard as fukk.

The trainers got us doin a lot of situps, jump ropin, and other calisthenics combined with hitting the pads and punching bags.

I have so much respect for boxers after my first session. I consider myself reasonably in shape but its NOTHIN like a boxing workout.

Oh yeah.. SMH @ my punching skills. I thought I was ill with the fisticuffs til them niiggas was makin me use proper form and stance and i was suckin it up.

also SMH @ me droppin the medicine ball like 8 times during the passaround drill.

I'm sore as fukk right now but i love it!

HAHAHA You think the workouts hard.Wait till yo asss get in the ring to spar, you gonna be winded before the end of the first round and too tired to lift your arm up

Basically...fools at my gym be thinkin' that just cuz they hittin' the bag for 20 minutes and doin' jump rope for 15 minutes and medicine ball/sit ups/push ups for maybe 20 more minutes that they ready to bang...

Umm...no...the punching bag ain't hittin' you back...plus you're stationary for the most part while hittin' the bag.

But in that ring....gettin' cracked....leaned on...tryin' to chase someone around or gettin' chased around....

Nah...I go to a boxing gym, though...same one where Zab trains...

But I just do the Jiu Jitsu and workout with this Mixed Martial Arts fighter...

I wanna start training with this fight trainer though....

Cool. Hows Jiu Jitsu?

Eventually I wanna move on to a more practical fighting style. (boxing does help much when someone grabs you)

It's fun...it's the Brazilian form so it's all on the ground.

I'm thinkin' about gettin' into traditional Jiu Jitus or Shuai Chiao.

Yeah, mayne, you'll get used to it in a week or so...Especially if you do it like 3 or 4 times a week.

I've been boxing for 17 years now and it will always hurt a bit if you train right but still give your body time to recover properly or you'll do more harm than good, same with all training.
