Since this is a fitness forum I thought it would be nice to have a "I took my butt to the gym today" thread. Simply check in everytime u goto the gym and if u want put down how long u worked out and what u worked on.
I'll start...

This morning
25 minutes on Treadmill (Running/Walking)
20 minutes on Elliptical Bike

Just came back from my usual grueling(heavy) shoulder workout. I usually go heavy on delts+traps day(mondays) and now I feel tired but good at the same time, and Im now ready to get my grub on. Which will comprise of chicken breast(8 thin strips) with pasta and gatorade mixed with glutamine.
For my shoulder(delts+traps) workout today, I did:
DB shoulder presses(heaviest was 95lb DB for 5 reps)
DB shoulder lateral raises
DB seated front raises
BB front raises
BB rear shrugs(started with 225lbs and heaviest was 365lbs) superset with BB front shrugs(heaviest was 455lbs)..
it took me an hour to complete these exercises.
*Ice cube voice* "Today was a good day".......

yesterday... i did some crap...i dont have a set regimen, i just usually stop when certain body parts stop functioning as they should... so i guess, upper body, and some sprinting

lol,, interesting thread,, I finally dragged myself back to the gym on Monday,, I'm basically just getting back into the habit of working out,, I was there for about an hour but I have to get used to going to the gym at that time because it gets crowded.....

I's kinda sluggish this morning. I think I'm a little pressed for sleep.
30 minutes on the treadmill
4 sets of curls.
Then I just said fúck it and left. If I'm feeling better this evening I'm going back.
Had Back and Biceps this morning (not my usual split). I wasn't tryin to kill it this morning so I went with light-medium weight on all lifts (by my standards).
15 minutes of Static stretching and here we go...
BB curls - 5x5 routine followed by positive failure set on the 6th.
Drag curls (BB) - 3x12 routine with a superset of Hammer curls after each set.
Preacher Curls - 4x8 routine with ascending weight.
Bent-over Rows - 3x15 routine with Olympic bar
Lat Pull-downs - 5x5 routine with ascending weight
Seated Rows - 3x10 routine with descending weight.
All done in 45 minutes, gotta love circuit training.

Today was my chest(+triceps and calves) day, got a good workout in (as usual):
I did: DB bench press, 4 sets 8-12 reps
DB incline press, 3 sets 8-12reps
Machine incline presses, 4 sets 8-12 reps
Decline DB flys, 3 sets
Cable crossovers(CC)(body straight), 4 sets 8-12 reps, superset with CC(Upper body bent forward)
Dips, 3 sets 8-12 reps
machine triceps, 3 sets 8-12reps
DB isolation overhead extensions, 3 sets 8-12reps
seated calf raises, 3 sets 8-12 reps
standing calf raises, 3 sets 8-12 reps
donkey calf raises, 3 sets 8-12 reps
YEP, it was a good day, another hours worth of pushing hard and heavy.......tomorrow is legs(quads+hams) day..

I haven't checked in but I've been to the gym 3 times since and worked on my arms and legs...
I build muscle fast in my legs so I need to cut back cuzz its gettin hard to zip my knee-high boots!

BTW, I did shoulders and triceps today
Military Press - 3 sets
DB shoulder press - 2 sets
DB Front Raises - 2 sets
DB Side Raises - 3 sets
Skull Crushers - 3 sets
Pushdowns - 3 sets
No crunches or cardio today. I will play some ball tomorrow. Workout was aight. There are some tryouts for some league I might play in. Just don't know if I have the time. I might still tryout though. I'll see how I feel later.

I separate them. I do the chest exercises first followed by triceps and then calves(just 2 exercises).

Arms...I think Im lifting a lil too much on 1 machine becuzz my elbow(R) hurts sometimes when I use it, when I lessen the amount it seems like its not doing anything....ANY SUGGESTIONS?

hmmm I've been super busy but sincemy last post I've been to the gym 2wice and worked on my arms and legs. In my arms when I do my Hulk Hogan flex u can see all kinda muscle but when Im not flexin they look all regular..well..so-so...anywhoo I've learned sum new exercises but if anyone has any suggestions Im open.
I give up on u Khalil...u ignore my questions now...
I'm goin back in startin 2nite!

leg sled (bout 500lbs on it, dunno if thats good or bad), sitting slanted chair bench, lying declined bench (legs up, feet down...hard to explain) reg bench, tricep extensions, curls, forarm jammies, some other tricep thing sitting and pushing the weights over my head, prolly some other crap...
that was yesterday, a lil sore today..goin back tomorro for much of the same + back work and maybe some running/sprints

what was the last question? Is it on this thread still?
Is it a chest-pressing movement machine that when you use your elbow hurts? or is it in general with any machine? Have you tried an elbow brace and also try and do lighter weights. Have you tried doing the same exercise you did on the machine with free weights. But if the pain persists then you ought to see a specialist/doctor. By "Its not doing anything" do you mean you're not feeling anything on your targeting muscle? or means that your elbow is still painfull?

Really light workout this evening. . 10-minute jog, preacher curls and military presses.

Today was legs(quads+hams) day.
Started with:
Squats-did 5 sets, 1st set-135lbs for 20 reps
2nd set-185lbs for 15reps
3rd set-225lbs for 12 reps
4th set-275lbs for 10 reps
5th set-315lbs for 8 reps
then moved on to (machine)**** squats, did 3 sets started with one plate(45lbs) on each side, then 2 plates on each side then finished with 3 on each side.
then moved on to Lunges(with long bar), did 3 sets:
1st set-95lbs for 15 to 20 reps
2nd set-115lbs for 15 to 20 reps
3rd set-135lbs for 10 to 15 reps
afterwards was seated leg curls(hams), did 4 sets, went pretty heavy. then I did leg extensions to finish off my quad and hams workout.
Also did calves, Donkie calf raises. So it was a good day, pretty heavy just hte way I like it.
