It's hard being away for 2 weeks though. Gotta get your momentum back.

i wanna start boxing and spinning but i think i need to step my endurance up before i go straight for it... i mite kill my arms & legs if i dont.
^ Yes conditioning is your number one concern once you learn your basics. As long as your dietary requirements are met and get your endurance levels up (running) it will allow you to have better conditioning.
Today I had another session.
3 rounds of 3 minutes heavy bag
3 rounds of 3 minutes floor to ceiling
3 rounds of 3 minutes speed ball
3 rounds of 3 minutes shadow boxing
5 minutes skipping.
this morning I did cardio
tonight I ran and did arms
Been a month since I strained my rotator cuff on the flat barbell bench, and last night was my first real chest workout in a month. Feeling sore as hell... but goddamn I fukking love this feeling. RC is still hurting but I found that dumbbell press doesn't put much stress on my strained RC.
My new supplement is the shiit :)

man, I had me a SICK workout this mroning.
First of all, I slept for over 9 hours and woke up at 5:30 a.m. Had me a grapefruit and an apple and a pint (of water)...then headed down to the gym. Since I had so much time I decided to do chest and back and then cardio. I did an involved back workout because I feel like that's my weakest link. I need to work hard to get that to par. I feel good today!
(I apologize for the "chippy'ness" especially if you're in a cranky mood :) )
just ran 2 miles and did abs...
...now it's off to the steam room!

*signs in for the last few months; 3-5 times weekly*
Just went there last night, did my sprints, worked on one of those exercise balls doing crunches as well as dumbbell bench presses while balancing on one. A few other resistance exercises on the Nautilus machines.
*dropped 3 pounds in a single day*

Every weekday morning 5:54-7:45: Running/Weightlifting
Every other day (either MWF or TTh) I get at least 1 hour between 5:30-8:30 on more running, usually on a treadmill.

I've been doing that high intensity interval training for the last 3 or 4 weeks so far; pretty much always on the treadmill. I change it up everytime usually. . sometimes walking for 1:30, and then sprinting for 1:15. . it all depends on how high of a speed I set it to. Now and then I'll set the walk time lower than the running.
_______________
Just swam laps for a little over an hour. . worked on the dumbells for a short while, a couple BOSU exercises and finished it off on the treadmill with the HIIT til they cut the lights off on me

finished it off on the treadmill with the HIIT til they cut the lights off on me :laugh:I hate when they start turning the TV's off like 15 minutes before they actually close. Like trying to make you feel bad.
Just came back.

It definitely got my weight dropping a little bit more since I was starting to get at a little stalemate for a while. Since late Aug/Early Sept when I got back on my grind, I've taken off around 45 pounds all together. The last 2 calender months counting from last Sunday, it's been 26 pounds shed.

 I actually love when most of the people are out of there for the last 45 minutes or so. I'll usually just cut the TVs off myself because sometimes they just irk me, especially when they have ALL of them running at the same time. For the most part I just stay on the machines until they start cutting the lights out or come and tell me I have get going :rambo:

*jots down for today*
Worked on biceps, triceps, lower back & obliques today with one of these (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2el7EAWMT8). Some sets I'd hold onto a plate, and others I'd use a bar to where I'd be in a "crucify" position and rotate/stretch left to right while elevated.
Jumped rope for around 15-20 minutes
Swam laps til the lifeguard told me she had to shut the pools down
Ran on the treadmill for a good 7 minutes until they told me I had to get gone because it was closing time :O
