Didn't get to go running, but I danced for about 7 hours total. I was preparing for an exhibition.

Ok, I worked out last night for about 1:20 I did
a step class which incorporates
cardio
abs
resistance
lunges
squats
then I did legs.. :)

worked 62 hours this week, so missed pretty every session i had.. but just got on the treadmill and did 6km's in 40min... off to do weights in the afternoon.

I went running today...did 7.47 miles...obviously I didn't run ALL that. I think total running distance was 5.5-6 miles, the rest was brisk walking and a Vitamin Water break. I found a cool website that tracts your distance for outdoor running with a map. I'll make a new thread for it

I did nothing I ate half of a chicken, mixed veggies, and mac and cheese for dinner from Boston Market. My diet starts Monday.

1 hour workout with my old dance instructer. thought i'd take it easy. yeah right, she had me trying to do splits again when i haven't moved those muscles in 10 years..
the woman is built like a machine, 56 years old and has ever single muscle clearly defined.
tomorrow will be painful..

yesterday
only 25 minutes (really 30 w/ cool down) on the elliptical since it was leg day
15 mins on the bike
15 mins on the row machine
3x11 leg press
3x15 shoulder press
5-10 mins jump rope
tried to keep my heart rate up for 45-50 minutes. hopefully this + my diet will help me cut 10 lbs in a month or so.

i've kind of stopped cardio lately and am thinking i shouldn't of!!
today - 1 hour weights... haven't done any exercise in over a week so i was seeing stars by the end.

Yesterday:
Drove to the gym (which is approximatally a brisk 2 minute walk of distance).
Left the whip and ate my "slightly" modified powerbar (i coated it with vanilla frosting to enhance the experience).
Got inside the gym, put my stuff in the locker, walked to the treadmill, noticed that it looked too robotic for me (with all them digital number displays, super elaborate and what not)... like it would transform and rape me.
I walked back in the locker room, grabbed my belongings and went to McDonalds.

yup, 4 months for now? just make sure that you know while your in the gym, when you lift hard and have a good diet you'll shed the fat and have muscle there instead, and muscles weights more than fat. soo if you want to be slim and strong just focus on more reps than more weight

tbh i dont really lift weights that much i just do straight cardio about an hour to an hour and a half the days i go to the gym
yeah you'll still be fine with a good diet

um... i guess circuit training at home.. lots of stuff i did in my step class plus a little jogging on the treadmill and some arm and shoulder stuff with light weights

i stopped working out for a while.. but normally cardio at least 3-4 times a week, weight twice a week (one day arms/shoulders the other legs). i don't really pay much attention to time when i'm doing weights but i'm sure the fitlinxx thing keeps track *shrug* i just do my 2 sets and k.i.m.
Don't forget to bring a towel.
When you're working out sweat can get in your face.
Always keep an extra towel in your duffle bag.
