i think/hope some is muscle though.. i've been increasing the resistance on the elliptical to avoid losing my booty

Went Monday and Wednesday and yesterday
Monday: Squats, bench, deads, dips- couldn't do dips, wrist is still fukkin up
Wednesday: Squats, sitting rows, military press, chinups
Yesterday: Ran for 2 miles @ ~6.5MPH, weighted situps, leg raises, hyperextensions
Tonight: quickie, same routine as Monday.

I think I'm going to start keeping track. Today I went a little hard since I've been slacking on my gym time (school & studying). I did lower body and abs.
Stretch, warm up on treadmill for 10 minutes
For legs/lower body:
Leg press
Seated leg curl
Adductor
Abductor
Seated calf raises
Squats
For abs:
Jacknife w/swiss ball
Crunches w/Swiss ball
Crunches on incline bench
Oblique Crunches
Fingers to heel (Oblique)
Stretch, go home.
My legs feel like spaghetti.

This morning I had a Approx 60 mins session working within medium intensity, 60-70% HR, where I had to do a Multi stage shuttle run. Thus today im shattered.

i've been tired a lot lately too. i think all this rain makes me feel like sleeping more.

yesterday, and i'm going in a few minutes
just regular 40 on the elliptical (different programs) and some crunches
Theme: Strength
- major muscle groups (anarobic and aerobic)
Yesterday morning I was using dumbells and did x number of reps. Also used some equipment to work on my balance (stability ball, mobility ball). Overall it lasted about 30-40 mins.

I went to the gym on Sunday and ran and did abs.
I sparred for an hour or so on Thursday and that was it.

I've been going hard for the last 3 months & I got my strength back, maaaaan. But I'm 6'2", 240 lbs. right now, and I wanna lose like 15 lbs. The fat I have mostly goes to my abs & obliques. I don't wanna get any bigger, so I'm not gonna work out for strength anymore. I just do my cardio before every workout, and I'm gonna try to get more abs in...

I'm slipping hard and I can feel that gut come back in.
Today I just worked on my strength and power. Using dumbells (3-5kg) for about 20 mins. The I got on the treadmill for about 15mins. Then I volunteered to do a Windbike Test (for the sexy woman that asked me :whistle:). My VO2max level was pretty good. Thats me for the day.

Didn't hit the gym, but I got out this morning and jogged about a mile and a half in the snow. Somethin about this weather just makes me like running outdoors... thinking I'm in Rocky IV *shadowboxes*
This morning I worked out for about 1 hr or so. My session consisted of speed/strength exercises. For the first half an hour I was doing bench presses, using dumbells, squats, plyometric pressups etc. I was going to use the medicine ball but it felt a bit weird with all them people around, plus i'd probably look like I don't know wtf im doing. anyway, after that I got on the treadmill again for a bit (20 mins).
All this strength work-out seem not to take that fast effect compared to other dudes, but that's understadable I guess since im a slim/skinny (but toned) guy it'll probaly take me years to look proper buff.

Oh man....I've been to the gym, but today I ran outside for the first time in NY...30 mins...I thought I was gonna fall out when I made it back to my apt.. Whoever said running on the treadmill is the same as running outside has lost it.

This morning I did abs and legs..mostly squats, lunges, leg lifts, and donkey kicks.
Hopefully I'll wake up early enough to go running.
