chest, bi's, and tri's.
bench press light today- 225lbs
pec fly's- 250lbs
i did the cable machine for my tri's. and sit down curl ups for the bi's. i heard that this was bad for you tho'. i read in Muscle Fitness that sit down exercises are worthless.

what was the last question? Is it on this thread still?
Is it a chest-pressing movement machine that when you use your elbow hurts? or is it in general with any machine? Have you tried an elbow brace and also try and do lighter weights. Have you tried doing the same exercise you did on the machine with free weights. But if the pain persists then you ought to see a specialist/doctor. By "Its not doing anything" do you mean you're not feeling anything on your targeting muscle? or means that your elbow is still painfull?
Its more of a lift and then stretch my arms flat type of machine. My elbow hurt and I cant do much more using it after those type of lifting exercising. Whne I lessen the amount I dont feel like its helping, I dont feel like Im gettin a workout.

hmm I would say avoid that particular machine for now and do free weights and other machines. Theres tons of exercises geared for chest and other muscles so don't feel like you're stuck. For more info on variety of exercises check www.wannabebbig.com

I went today. :headphone
45 minutes on the treadmill
4 sets on the back press machine
3 sets on seated dip weights
3 sets on chest press weights

Went again today..
35 mins on treadmill
2 sets of 10 on the leg extension weights - 45 lbs
4 sets of 10 on the seated leg press - 115 lbs (a sista wuz pushin it today) :hmm:
and had to dip quickly to run multiple errands... felt like my legs turned to butter after all those sets at 115 lbs.
I went back yesterday after not going for like a week...and I have to get back on my shiet...i'm back up to 210...but that was after a couple days of eating horribly...
40 minutes on full body eliptical machine (5.6 miles, 730 calories)
1 mile on treadmill in 10 minutes
Lifted for 30 minutes.
I'm about to get heavy on the cardio and try to stick to this workout 4 times a week.

50 minutes of cardio on eliptical (5.30 miles, 800 calories burned)
40 minutes of lifting (i didn't want to leave because I kept catching eyes with this fione ass chic on the stepper).

once a week. In fact I work on every body part once a week (even abs and calves). I rarely max out, but I maxed out(bench) at 405lbs a month or so ago.
Bench pressing is not a lift that I get hyped/focused about. However, I get super hyped about deadlift and squats . Since they(deadlift and squat) are the true measures of overall body strength.

don't feel too bad about the squat numbers, just keep poundin' them. The numbers will eventually go up. And maybe you should do more reps, 6-10 reps which is really good for both strength and muscle growth.

DB shoulder press, 45lbs 15x(warm up), 55lbs 12x, 65lbs 12x, 75lbs 10x
DB side laterals, 20lbs 12x, 25lbs 12x, 30lbs 12x
BB front raises, bar only 12x, 5lb(plates) 10X, 10lbs(plates) 10x
machine side laterals, 4 sets of 50lbs 10 reps each
BB (front) shrugs, 225lbs 10x, 315lbs 10x, 315lbs 10x, 405lbs 8x
Yep, blasted my delts+traps pretty nicely. heavy for reps, Just the way I like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :yes:
