Missed out on my gym for this whole week and won't go tomorrow or day after

monday- chest/abs/cardio
tues- shoulders/abs/cardio
wed- arms/abs/cardio
*been hitting the gym but just not checking in*
ran in the morning & evening on Monday and Tuesday...doing weights tonight.

did around 2.67 miles on the treadmill this morning (had to hurry up & get home, shower & get to work)
just got back from an hour of heavybaggin, jumproping and dumbell flies & presses; decline, flat and incline.

Worked out with a friend this week while on the LA Fitness trial, just doing what he wanted to do in the gym so
Mon- Chest and Tris..cardio
Tues- Shoulders+legs
Wed-Back and Bis...cardio----solo today
Thur=Cardio and Abs ---guestimate for tomorrow

I did a sheitload of double kettlebell drills and the jumprope Monday; intense as can be.
Tuesday I put in 35 minutes on the treadmill. Part of it was HIIT, and the other was just jogging.
erm. . . if I feel like it later I may do some double KB intervals before bed tonight.

Back from the dead
Mon- Biceps/triceps/lowerback/abs-complete
Tue- Chest/calves-complete
Wed- quads/hams/lowerback/abs
Thur- Back/calves
Friday- Shoulders/lowerback/abs
If I take weds off Ill move legs to thurs and do back and shoulders on Friday
decent week so far.
sun- cardio
mon- chest/abs/cardio
tues- back/abs/cardio
wed- arms/abs/cardio
today- doing a spin class lunchtime then going back to do legs after work.
take fri off then sat do shoulders and abs.
my knee is fukced right now though, def need a couple days off from running.
