I've been on my grind, just haven't been posting in here.
Last night I went to the boxing gym. . did a few rounds of jump rope, 4 rounds of drills in the ring, 2 rounds of these high knees drills and then circuit lifted for around 25 minutes.

Didn't do too much today, just a bit of the rope.
Full upper body Mostly calisthenics

I got abs/legs today. I'm not looking forward to hitting those squats at all.

Started that Bill Starr 5x5 program last night. Also started doin full full full hams to calves squats. I feel good, legs are kinda burnin but no real soreness. I need more food and sleep, I'm ****ing starving.
Didnt do leg workouts yesterday cause I played bball toooo long sunday
But I did back today followed by shoot around.

did a great 5 mile run last night right before the rain started, temp was perfect.

Beast mode on the squats. Rowed like 135x5 on my last set. Workin a 24 hr shift but gonna hit it again tomorrow. I feel good du nah nu nah nu nah nah like a nicca should du nah nu nah nu nah nah

couldn't really run more than 20 mins, my legs were still killing me from saturday :sadcam:
so....
I hurt my back this past Sunday but was on the rehab tip with the quickness. I was playing ball and landed funny after trying to grab a rebound and my back (on the right side behind the bottom of the rib) started like spazing.
My girl insisted I go to the walgreens and cop some icy hot patches, some excedrin pm and think about getiting a massage. So I did all three and got a massage on Monday night. I'm probably at 85% after only 3 days. God bless my woman!
So yesterday I just ran 30 minutes. Don't wanna mess around with any weights this week but I'm finna go in with the cardio.

I did legs like 2 days ago, my damn ham skrings are on fire right now..my quads are sizzlin....

wed did chest/cardio@1am with my dog outside
Today will be bis/tris/cardio
Friday will be back and trapwork/cardio
I need to throw some abwork in so Ill do p90x abs next week
forced myself into gym last night even though i was a little sick. read some conflicting opinions but decided it might be good to sweat some of it out, as long as i didn't push myself too hard. ended up doing a great shoulder workout, 1000 crunches and 3 miles on treadmill. actually feeling better today, as well.
