I went in today...
played ball for 45 (didn't run no fulls or nothing...just shooting around) then I ran two miles, did chest, back, and abs...
Today will be lower body for me
Squats, lunges, stiff leg deads and calf raises
My upper body is sore from yesterday and it was a light workout :weirdo:

3 sets front squats
3 sets stiff legged deadlifts with dbs
3 sets body weight calf raises about 50 reps a set
my legs feel like noodles and are twitching, lol

was too tired to work out last night...went to bed before 8:00 p.m.!!! This morning I did bis, tris, shoulder, abs and ran. I did lighter weights and more reps. I can barely type this.

Tuesday night I overslept and missed the boxing gym, so I went to my usual gym and did an hour of circuit training.
Tonight I'm planning to hit up the boxing gym.
went this morning and did chest, back, abs and ran...didn't get a chance to do legs (i.e. squats)

Incline DB presses 3 sets
barbell rows, reverse grip 3 sets
DB presses 3 sets
db shrugs 3 sets
21s for biceps 3 sets
overhead tricep extensions 3 sets

10-15 minutes of jumprope
dumb bell cleans using more weight than last time
back raises
jumping jacks & jumprope between sets
Finished it off running for 15 minutes non-stop on the treadmill.

aight..im back in the gym
havent been in about 2months. Got too big (fat) during my bulk and said fuk it. Lost 20lbs...but im actually really cool w/ how I look now...just need to get my strength game back up
tonight I did chest/back/abs and ran
Chest day
Flat DB press 4 x 6-8
Incline DB press 4 x 5-8
Dips 4 x 10-12
Cable Crossover 4 x 10-12
Push up 1 x 5 :hmm:
Crunch 1 x 30
Side crunch 1 x 30 (both sides)
Double crunch 1 x 20
Plank & Side plank 30 seconds each

Monday morning I jumped rope for about 15-20 minutes, did 3 sets of dips and ran on the treadmill.
Monday Evening I hit up the boxing gym and worked on drills for a good hour and a half.
Today I beat on some tires, did some kettlebell swing/catches and jumped rope for around 30 minutes.
Back & Shoulders
Deadlift 4 x 3-6
-new PR 315 x 4... nothing special but improving fast :)
Military Press 4 x 7-10
BB Bent Over Row 4 x 10-12
Upright Row 6-10
Lat Pulldown 3 x 10
Lateral Raise 3 x 10
Shrugs 3 x 10-12
upper body but my left shoulder is sore and hampered the workout but I put up some shots afterwards
Last night - arms
Decline skullcrusher - 4 x 8-10
Cable pulldown superset w/ reverse pulldown 4 x 8-10
Barbell curl - 4 x 6-10
Reverse curl - 4 x 8-10

Clocked in and jumped rope for 30 minutes. .
Last two hours of my shift I worked on the kettlebell for about a half an hour and did some push ups.
haven't gone since... :gag: Monday...
....I feel like I'm about to blow up like that dude from the Monte Python movie.
I gotta go to a wake tonight and there probably won't be no time for me to hit the gym afterwards...ugh....I HAVE to go tomorrow (hopefully in the morning).
Y'all got me feeling guilty everytime I see this thread bounce back up..shyt

Eh, I took it light today. . . ain't do anything but jumped a little rope. . . I'ma chill and let my body rest from this week til tomorrow.

Just signed up for a gym membership today. It'll only be for 3 months. My main goal is to be in good enough shape to run a 5K race.

Ran 2 miles this morning. Gonna do squats and lunges to failure tonight

This morning I did legs (including squats :dry:) ran two miles and did abs
just came back from the courts and played 21 for like an hour.
shot around for an hour then did chest/back/abs/and ran for 17.5 minutes :eek:

Did incline at 15.0 at 3.5 MPH for 15. .. More Squats, i'm trying to break a plateau. I was throwing 400 around quite angrily tonight for some reason. Shoulder Shrugs. Then some ab work.
