6'4...215lbs.

5'10 @ 178 lbs.

Most ever weighed was 263 lbs.
That was back in Feb of 07

Heard they had muscles at the gym, so I went to get some.
Got humble and dropped heavy fat in the process too...

5'6" 215 lbs. I workout 4 days a week(when healthy), so I'm bulky. :smoker:

Most I weighed was 230 lbs early last year-went down to 205 a few months ago.

Just by working out-instead of benching all the time, I also started squatting, working with the arm weights, etc. Once we get that Bowflex fixed, it'll definitely be on.

I have a big appetite, but rarely gain a single pound, even if I take a week off from working out because of sickness.

:guilty: no.. the only weights I sometimes do is the ab press. I mainly do cardio when I work out, I'm not sure what type of weight training to do. I don't want to get bulky, just toned.

Its a common misconception. How many guys do you see at the gym all the time, but they never get swole?

To get "bulky" you would have to train, and eat like a body builder. Essentially, no matter how hard you try its probably not going to happen. Those "toned" girls you see have more muscle mass, and less body fat then you. Follow a balanced weight lifting regimen and mix in some cardio. Thats the best way to get "toned"

Well last night I had a double cheeseburger and a brownie

soo i may be like 142 or so


I gained 9 pounds the last week or so. Working out/eating a lot

5'8/5'9 170. I wanna be 155-160.
