I wouldn't call myself a fan of Alicia Keys but u must give proper credit when it's due, she DOES play with soul, she did do her thing on Eve's track "Gangsta Love", "Falling" was a hot song as was the remix w/Busta......her "Karma" song is bangin too..................

However, I find a point in Boricua's Bond's reply to be interestin.....she does try to be the "next soul sista diva superstar" :yes: I feel the hip-hop is forced and not natural & graceful like it was in AALIYAH, or Ashanti where her movements compliments her image and songs......I feel Alicia Keys is very overrated & this is becos she is bi-racial.....everybody gives her more credit than she is due.......(same kinda thing w/Eminem), you either gon play the piano or do the emcee thing like Ashanti, but when Keys does it all the time......it looks forced & unreal.
