that song had the truth behind it so thats why biggie couldnt answer back...the truth behind lyrics will always be better that creative word play...
what mobb said about pac was true he got robbed he got shot so what pac himself says it on his raps...
east is reaching as usual
you know when someone drops a sonning on someone, there are quotables. there are no quotables in Hit Em Up besides "thats why i fuucked yo *****."
im not even talkin about wordplay. im talkin about actual quotables that show how someone got his ass served to him.

thats probably only cause a bunch of faggots were like ohhhhh ohhh ohhh shiiiitttttt to Biggie, and he felt like that shiit was hurting his pride. not cause he got sonned that badly. no quotables.

How come everyone seems to be forgetting the incident at some industry party where Pac called out Junior Mafia and the ONLY person who bothered to come out was actually Lil Cease? Everyone else stayed inside with security.
first that party was in los angelos
2nd nobody ducked behind security because biggie and crew were already on the red carpet
3rd nobody ducked but guns were drawn and BOTH parties were held back by security!!!
I hate this twisting facts sh!t
and 2pac's so called mighty people in his corner..were the same ones that killed him.
Biggie wasnt ready to die over some stupid beef..He absolutely had nothing 2 do with...and who blames him..his fans remained loyal and they know who would kill who in a battle

Same thing. It hurt Biggie's pride. It embarassed him. That is the goal in a battle. Not to get more Source hip hop quotables and sh1t.Biggie got sonned. Come on now, if it was Pac on the other end and getting embarassed I know you would say Pac got sonned.

Just because the east doesn't buy west coast albums doesn't mean they flop. Being independant and pushing 200,000 (at least) albums puts some paper in your pocket. Worldwide, a lot of west coast artists almost go platinum.
Learn your sh!t or keep your mouth shut.
Damn, this thread's still goin on?

Better one thread than the whole spot filled, right? I was just thinkin the other day that the spot needed a bunch of threads about west coast rappers that no one on this site cares about.

no not really. just like i dont consider Ether a great track, cause while it hurt Jay's pride (like that shiit hurt Biggie's pride), there was no REAL sonning. and im a big Nas fan.
Biggies pride gettin hurt does not = Biggie gettin sonned.
people control whether or not your pride gets hurt. the actual track controls whether or not you got sonned. there was no sonning/whoring/ripping of any kind. just a whole lotta fuuck yous, i hope you dies, and a hot one liner "thats why i fuucked yo biitch......"

i dunno man its hard for me to understand the west coast logic..
apparently tupac won because he dissed biggie and biggie was "afraid" to respond back because biggie didnt want pac as an enemy even though pac was already an enemy  so um biggie didnt reply and the so-called "long kiss goodnight" un-edited song that was edited cuz pac died was a figment of my imagination and also a figment of the imaginations of other sohh posters and will be selectively erased from EVER HAPPENING
so therefore pac won even though he lost his life and his record label would never ever be able to recuperate meanwhile biggies label goes on to prosper and make the owner into one of the 40 richest under 40
but yeah thats irrelevant..since biggie didnt put out a diss before pac died...since he didnt have a quick enough response then it counts as him being "afraid" and he loses by default

now the thing with dj wreck is he is a big tupac fan and he finds it hypocritical that alot of rappers big up pac today when they dissed him before...
DJ Wreck's Statement:
“The 2Pac CD was not a personal diss. It was to prove a point, and that was that some of todays artist try to exploit and profit off of 2Pac, by doing songs by taking his beats or taking old accapellas. And they shout him out, etc. But back in the day, those same catz was dissin him, and only changed their view because they did not want to loose fans or they wanted to gain fans. I got the idea from a Snoop interview which he said the same thing, all of these catz rushing to get a 2PAC accapella, but back in the day 2Pac didnt mess wit u, and wouldnt do a song wit u if he were alive. That's like Suge shouting out Biggie. Also, the cd shows, that Pac was not just crazy and just dissin catz, which some people believe. Some songs on this CD are unreleased, and u would not know that that artist ever dissed Pac. Especially young boys, they do not even know what was really going on back then. People today are trying to reshape history, but I just retold history how it really was. PT 1 to the **** U series was a Best of 2Pac called "2Pac don't **** wit U!" So basically I gave both sides of the issue. But this CD, and which is stated on the CD, this CD is "THE CD YOUR FAVORITE RAPPER DOESN'T WANT U TO HEAR! So therefore do hard Pac fans still feel the same way about Lil Kim, Jay Z (which that song was done after he died), DMX, etc!
