What you need to understand is that she didn't use the same sample they used, which is what you commonly hear like that Mario Winans track that uses the same SAMPLE as the Fugees, or that old Joe track. She Jacked the BEATNUTS' instrumental, the drums they laid down, bass and whatnot. If you can't tell the difference or understand the difference, you need to step back and stay out of the thread. And the fact that they are both Latino, she shoulda got them to okay it to show some goddamn unity in the latin community. It's like jacking the chorus for these are the breaks and not giving kurtis blow props for it. At least let him be in the goddamn video.

FYI, if you sample a song to make a beat, it's very hard to own the legal rights to it. If they got it cleared (which they prolly didn't), then they might have ground to walk on.
