The last good trance song was produced in 1999 or so, and I can't even remember what it was called.
Tiesto and Ferry Corsten are swinging through my city....................I'm gonna wait to see Van Dyk this summer, dude is a trance legend.

Yeah that's right. It's an awful song.
Try some Armand Van Helden. U Don't Know Me is one of the greatest songs ever.
I'm not really a Trance fan, but Trance Nation 1 is a brilliant compilation. Pick it up if you can find it.
Also, try listening to some of the Hed Kandi compilations that have come out in the last few years. Some nice smooth dance there.

I remember when the girl Let us into the trance Club for free in Greece so we could check it out.
Lasted 5 seconds.
I can Tolerate most dance Music, but trance is just too much for me.
"Trance is dance music for white people who cant dance" - Boy George - Cleverest thing he's ever said

you guys are just lumping all sorts of electronic music into the "trance/techno" category. its common though.
anyway, try getting into the Global Underground series. it's the kinda music you could bump while working on some sh!t for work and wont distract you too much. good music

Ferry Corstens Punk is a classic song
tight djs: PVD , Judge Jules, Chris Lawerence, Tiesto, and my
favorite cheesy trance duo, Blank and Jones
Throw in Mauro Picotto and Marco V but their not really trance.

yeah that's what i was gonna say, so it's kinda hard to know what to recommend, but if it really is proper trance, you can really do no better to pick up an old album of Paul van Dyk's called 45 RPM, that was like the last classic trance album (and its like 10 years old now i think)

If you like trance and want to take it a step furthur, try some **** called Goa. Its a darker version of trance...well to me thats what it sounds like, im not really up on techno/trance terms and all that
Goa has really crazy soundscapes...stuff you can really vibe to if your baked. You gotta be in the right mood tho
Astral Projection is a nice way to get introduced.

Not trance, but cool
