There's tons of ill verses I've heard...its really tough to choose...hmmm...its almost impossible to narrow it down to one.
Well, one of, if not my favorite verse of all-time is Holocaust/Warcloud's spit on 'Holocaust' off the 1st Bob Digi album. I'm still like  everytime I hear it:
You fallin down a endless tunnel of doom reality
Graphically, my killer bee family stings the galaxy
Insanity, titanium stomach, devourin guiness
My flesh is solid stone despite my outer appearance
Still disease kills viruses, planets and racial creatures
Made MC's sprout tumors so bad, lost facial features
Waste your peoples, left out in the rain, fountains of pain
Eighty shots to the mouth and the brain, shoutin my name
Holocaust, black man, loose vains, littered with thorns
Back-smack you so hard, all your seeds will be formed deformed
Swarm dorms, sting birds, fling verbs like mean curbs
Strike three, mics flee, I infect em with green germs, ringworm
Cuz I'm filthy and guilty, dastardly, mastery
My felony melody has to be a bastards masterpiece
Stop graftin me, chump-ass *****z eyein me, temp me
I'll break it simply, I'm horrifyingly empty
Spittin darts on the tip of a glacier used for my hide-out
Rock crush or german suplex, watch spines slide out the side route
Forearm bash with twenty jabs on the ave. or your lab, get stabbed in bloody
bath
While, I'm sippin herbal teas, verbal bees plant fertile seeds
*****es leave with broke backs, swollen palms and purple knees
Circle thieves like vultures in deserts rest on a cactus
Got oscar nominee MC's stuck to my hatchet
Drastic, indescribable pain, I injure bars
While Bobby's throwin razor CD's like ninja stars
I'll add on as things come to mind...
So, what's your favorite verse(s) SOHH?

Nas' verse on Verbal Intercourse, Rakim last verse on Microphone Fiend are up there.
And don't laugh. EMD's verse from Roxanne, Roxanne.
[EMD]
You Kangol, I don't think that you're dense
Buy you went about the matter with no experience
You should know, she doesn't need a guy like you
She needs a guy like me, with a high IQ
And she'll take to my rap, cause my rap's the best
The educated rapper MD will never fess
So when I met her, I wasted no time
But stuck up Roxanne paid me no mind
She thought my name was Barry, I told her it was Gary
She said she didn't like it so she chose to call me Barry
She said she'd love to marry, my baby she would carry
And if she had a baby, she'd name the baby Harry
Her mother's name is Baby, which is really quite contrary
Her face is really hairy, and you can say it's scary
So isn't not every, her father's a fairy
His job is secondary, in some military
He throws them to an ?electric camp? that wasn't voluntary
His daughter's name is Sherry, his sons are Tom and Jerry
Jerry had the flu but it was only temporary
Back in January, or was it February?
But everytime I say this rhyme it makes me kinda weary
It's only customary to give this commentary
Some say it's bad, some say it's legendary
You can search all you want, try your local library
You'll never find a rhyme like this in any dictionary
But do you know, after all that
All I received was a pat on the back
That's what you get, it happened to me
Ain't that right Mixmaster I-C-E

"Give me the fortune, keep the fame," said my man Louis
I agreed, know what he mean because we live the truest lie
I asked him why we follow the law of the bluest eye
He looked at me, he thought about it
Was like, "I'm clueless, why?"
The question was rhetorical, the answer is horrible
Our morals are out of place and got our lives full of sorrow
And so tomorrow comin later than usual
Waitin' on someone to pity us
While we findin beauty in the hideous
They say money's the root of all evil but I can't tell
YouknowhatImean, pesos, francs, yens, cowrie shells, dollar bills
Or is it the mindstate that's ill?
Creating crime rates to fill the new prisons they build
Over money and religion there's more blood to spill
The wounds of slaves in cotton fields that never heal
What's the deal?
A lot of cats who buy records are straight broke
But my language universal they be recitin my quotes
While R&B singers hit bad notes, we rock the boat
of thought, that my man Louis' statements just provoked
Caught up, in conversations of our personal worth
Brought up, through endangered species status on the planet Earth
Survival tactics means, bustin gats to prove you hard
Your firearms are too short to box with God
Without faith, all of that is illusionary
Raise my son, no vindication of manhood necessary

Yo, I'm sure that everbody out listenin agree
That everything you see ain't really how it be
A lot of jokers out runnin in place, chasin the style
Be a lot goin on beneath the empty smile
Most cats in my area be lovin the hysteria
Synthesized surface conceals the interior
America, land of opportunity, mirages and camoflauges
More than usually -- speakin loudly, sayin nothin
You confusin me, you losin me
Your game is twisted, want me enlisted -- in your usary
Foolishly, most men join the ranks cluelessly
Buffoonishly accept the deception, believe the perception
Reflection rarely seen across the surface of the lookin glass
Walkin the street, wonderin who they be lookin past
Lookin gassed with them imported designer shades on
Stars shine bright, but the light -- rarely stays on
Same song, just remixed, different arrangement
Put you on a yacht but they won't call it a slaveship
Strangeness, you don't control this, you barely hold this
Screamin brand new, when they just sanitized the old ****
Suppose it's, just another clever Jedi mind trick
That they been runnin across stars through all the time with
I find it's distressin, there's never no in-between
We either *****z or Kings
We either *****es or Queens
The deadly ritual seems immersed, in the perverse
Full of short attention spans, short tempers, and short skirts
Long barrel automatics released in short bursts
The length of black life is treated with short worth
Get yours first, them other *****z secondary
That type of illin that be fillin up the cemetary
This life is temporary but the soul is eternal
Separate the real from the lie, let me learn you
Not strong, only aggressive, cause the power ain't directed
That's why, we are subjected to the will of the oppressive
Not free, we only licensed
Not live, we just excitin
Cause the captors.. own the masters.. to what we writin
Not compassionate, only polite, we well trained
Our sincerity's rehearsed in stage, it's just a game
Not good, but well behaved cause the ca-me-ra survey
most of the things that we think, do, or say
We chasin after death just to call ourselves brave
But everyday, next man meet with the grave
I give a damn if any fan recall my legacy
I'm tryin to live life in the sight of God's memory
Like that y'all

It's a long, long time ago, but it still gets me.
The Goats - Tricks of the Shade - esp. Swayzack's verse, ends with (from memory):
"But maybe your time's up
'Cause here comes the Swayzack,
After 500 F*CK*NG YEARS,
Here's the payback"
...I wish I could quote the rest. I've never heard a vocal sound so ANGRY as that one... doubt I ever will.

Straight up. That song is insane. It's like 7 minutes of straight fire (gotta be more than 100 bars), no hook, beat switches, alter-egos, the whole nine. It's one of the best tracks I ever heard.

I knew I wasn't the only one who thought that Poet Laurette II was some of the illest sh1t they ever heard. When the beat switched my jaw dropped, and that don't happen often. This niqqa started talking about the philosophy of david hume not being a subjective conclusion, what the phuck?!?!?!?! How many rappers, phuck that how many people even know who david hume is? That sh1t hit every aspect of emceeing. Battle rap, abstract concepts, social concious, introspectiveness, intellectual stimulation, wordplay, rhyme scheme, the whole sh1t was type, even had a part that had a freestyle feel to it, **** was just bananas, off the phucking meter. Phuck a hook...just spit that sh1t

It's like, I care about you, I think about you all the time
it's like, we friends and ****?
which means we treat each other right
you'll be there for me when you gonna be there for me
Verse 1: [Vast Aire Kramer]
yo it wasn't even like that
I wanted my cardiovascular to fight back
cupid had me runnin' circles blindfolded
in the daytime with a flashlight looking for her
yo, sit back, relax and smell the roses
a fly girl by any other name would still be that
but the trick is to see that
I'm caught in between future's fantasies and memories I played back
told my man I started sword fighting
'cause fencing was similar to tongue kissing
if you wait too long you gonna end up confessin'
all I think about is you undressin'
I extended my thoughts in a relationship
but they sunk like the titanic relation-ships
she was in a love triangle
but it wasn't like my feelings weren't there to make it a square
penny's for her thoughts
she's my very own American Beauty, red petals when we talk
...the f word
Chorus 1: [Vordul Megalon]
She like music, got me heavily booted(?)
when I'm out with her feelings be mixin'
chemical elixirs, caught her like a sickness
and can't get rid of it, these sexual addictions
Chorus 2: [Vordul]
tangle witted in my opposite sex friendships
with too many emotions, got me bent up
and it's real ill when something going on
but nothings being said trying to figure it out
wrapped all in your head just spit it out and I'll
truly understand what the problem is
'cause you got me twisted tryin' to stress birds
kickin' that f word
****in around, flirtin' and stressin' my nerves
Verse 2: [Vast]
check this situation, I wore my lust like cologne
she called it Obsession
the background's black and white and we adolescents
like what the **** we know about love?
the more I learn it's like the Clash of the Titans
all I wanna do is avoid fightin'
a little arguing's okay but not everyday
and if we can't communicate what we got decays
until the smell gets more pungent
to the point where we can't be seen in public
body parts fallin' apart, a symbol of what things do
or better yet, a symbol of what friends do, they die
and together forever just sounds fly
that's how it sounded to me when I heard it
and slow motion was her lips as she worded
the f word
"don't take it personal, I like you a lot but I don't wanna lose what we got"
but what we got now is friction
she tellin' me intimacy and friendship she ain't mixin'
the f word
Chorus 1
Verse 3: [Vast]
yo, you burnin' the candle at both ends
I'm supposed to be the friend, I'm gettin' fried in the end
the big bang theory, what is this a trend?
you ask a girl out and the universe extends
tell me to talk to the hand again and I'll read your palm
I'm smellin' your **** now, don't know how to call
all I wanted was grounds for understanding
I ain't greedy, but to hold your heart I gotta put my hand in, why debate?
you think you can fit me in that anorexic space between love and hate?
I got all of the first one and none of the other
and that's something I learned from my sister and my mother
thought we was close in the genesis before all this
technology was cordless, a senseless courtship
this is more than just a song and when he's treating you wrong
I'm more than just a shoulder to cry on
the F word

blackalicious: alphabet aerobics
the best thing about this track is that he gets faster and faster as the song progresses. it's a definite lyrical work-out from the Gift of Gab...
Artificial amateurs, aren't at all amazing
Analytically, I assault, animate things
Broken barriers bounded by the bomb beat
Buildings are broken, basically I'm bombarding
Casually create catastrophes, casualties
Cancelling cats got their canopies collapsing
Detonate a dime of dank daily doin dough
Demonstrations, Don Dada on the down low
Eatin other editors with each and every energetic
Epileptic episode, elevated etiquette
Furious fat fabulous fantastic
Flurries of funk felt feeding the fanatics
Gift got great global goods gone glorious
Gettin godly in his game with the goriest
Hit em high, hella height, historical
Hey holocaust hints hear 'em holler at your homeboy
Imitators idolize, I intimidate
In a instant, I'll rise in a irate state
Juiced on my jams like jheri curls jockin joints
Justly, it's just me, writin my journals
Kindly I'm kindling all kinds of ink on
Karate kick type brits in my kingdom
Let me live a long life, lyrically lessons is
Learned lame louses just lose to my livery
My mind makes marvelous moves, masses
Marvel and move, many mock what I've mastered
*****s nap knowin I'm nice naturally
Knack, never lack, make noise nationally
Operation, opposition, off, not optional
Out of sight, out of mind, wide beaming opticals
Perfected poem, powerful punchlines
Pummelling petty powder puffs in my prime
Quite quaint quotes keep quiet it's Quannum
Quarrelers ain't got a quarter of what we got 'em
Really raw raps, risin up rapidly
Riding the rushing radioactivity
Super scientifical sound search sought
Silencing super fire saps that are soft
Tales ten times talented, too tough
Take that, challengers, get a tune up
Universal, unique untouched
Unadulterated, the raw uncut
Verb vice lord victorious valid
Violate vibes that are vain make em vanished
? well would a wise wordsmith just
Weaving up words weeded up, I'm a workshift
Xerox, my X-ray-diation holes extra large
X-height letters, and xylophone tones
Yellow back, yak mouth, young ones yaws
Yesterday's lawn yards sell our (yawn?)
Zig zag zombies, zoomin to the zenith
Zero in zen thoughts, overzealous rhyme ZEA-LOTS!....

If you're feeling Blackalicious, peep their crewmates Latyrx. they get down for theirs and are one of the most creative groups in hip-hop IMO.

Ladies and gentleman you are about to enter the twilight zone
I was in a club, one friday
A lovely lady comes walking my way
She walked up and she said hello
I said hi, my names Joe
I was lyin', so was she
She said her name was Donny,
But her shirt said Marie.
She said you get to know me,
you'll never forget me
I said why, then she bit m.
Ouch!
That didn't hurt.
Kinda creepy
but she ripped my shirt.
She poisoned me I went to sleep.
Woke up at her house,
At the back of a jeep.
A Blazer, '89
Tinted windows,
I wish it was mine.
Oh, here it is,
But where are my keys?
There they are in the ignition.
I'm at her house.
It's a Tepee.
No, it's a cabin
No a skyscrapper.
No, its an igloo.
A shack.
Forget it, I'll go around back.
It's a castle, with a moat
How I get Across...Boat.
Shooo...I hate that sound.
I went inside,
Looked right, looked left.
There she is.
Oh, no Thats Jeff.
He's invisible.
I went downstairs.
It's a loft.
No, it's a dungeon!
There she is, doing aerobics.
No, yoga.
No, karate.
(You killed my teacher)
But what a body!
No, he wasn't there.
I'm tellin you I saw him
No, really I saw him
He was playing checkers.
No, Nintendo
Ok, I'm lying
There she is,
Watching T.V.
All My Children.
No, thats Cosby.
No, Speed Racer.
Shaft.
No, thats Kimba
My fault...the T.V.'s off.
There she is, what a doll.
No, that's Chucky from Child's play!
I kissed her,
And she told me this is home...
I had entered a dimension Called The Twilight Zone....
Anything can happen.
I'm rough like sandpaper,
Hard like algebra.
You should be glad that I was nice,
And I allowed ya to
Step on stage.
To kick your ryhmes off.
I tried to be nice,
But you mistook that for softness.
Now it's over' to hell with your opinion!
What I say goes from now on,
This is my dominion!
I dare any rapper to step on stage
Cause if you do you'll feel the force of my rage
I'm on a rampage psyche just kiddin
Jeff wanted to do that
But I didn't
I thought that it would make the record dumb
I guess I wasn't wrong
Mary had a little lamb
Her fleece was white as snow
And everywhere that mary went so did humpty dumpty
Jack and Jill went up a hill
To fetch a pail of water
Jack fell down,
And broke his crown
Hickory, dickory, dock
Got to use the bathroom now,
psyche, I was drafted.

Verse 1: AZ
we was already loyal to people's minds and mulianis
now we more ****ed up with a mayor named Guliani
you can try to bomb me
analyze but can't define me
my mind's divine heavily entwined with Ghandi's
far from feeble, I leave your nostrils hard to breathe through
cause my cerebral's are more of a higher plane
than the Hebrews
my mic devotion brings out my deepest emotions
overdosing wannabes posing
sending them through convulsions
to hard to follow, you took a bite but couldn't swallow
your mind's boggled
but I'm as deep as Donald Goines novels
my whole persona's kinda laid back like a recliner

wavy-haired, my skin got a money getting glare
strictly menace wear, macking offa Guinness beer

why, why, why I'm rather unique
why I'm rather unique -- Big Daddy Kane
Verse 2: AZ

ready to let my clip spit, dramatical

filled with larceny, who want parts of me?
I'm vicious, mad malicious
cause it's real on this road to riches
I got this mastered, other rappers'll craft it
weak and wicked camoflauged as killers
how they speak and kick it
peep this uniqueness
nonbelievers I'm leaving speechless
left to chokers and skunk smoke
was coming through the speakers
surgically nice with any verbal device
trife, breathing life into mics
my insight's beyond the twilight
so die, fight, no surrender, no retreat
techniques speak
I'm rather unique

to knowledge this
a physiologist couldn't even figure out the exoticness
raps demolishing certified the way I style it
my wordplay blaze with the rays of ultraviolence
my culture's smiling, getting more in depth with each breath
my biography follows the footsteps of Malcolm X
money and sex, Gore-Tex Donna Karan and Guess
finesse, success through the life
stress mics I blessed
puffing trees to get me high as trapeze
flipping Japanese at ease when I'm stacking G's
so let's discuss, plus degrees
how the rhyme forces the source for thoughts that's lost
so don't cross cause it'll cost
the ghetto savior, smooth, the real playa with flavor
moves be major
with unexplainable behavior
the word's on the street so keep your ears to the concrete
[why, why, why I'm rather unique]
Mos, Kwe, Common (Respiration)
Not a verse, a chorus...
So much on my mind I just cant recline
Blastin holes in the night til she bled sunshine
Breathe in, inhale vapors from bright stars that shine
Breathe out, weed smoke retrace the skyline
Yo how the bass ride out like an ancient mating call
I cant take it yall, I can feel the city breathing
Chest heavin, against the flesh of the evening
Kiss the ides goodbye, Im on the last train leaving
