I agree that E-40 deserves to be mentionned in that group but i don't know about crowning him king. Then again last thing I heard he was from Houston TX so I don't know. What makes you King anyway? Is it sales? Lyrics? The Best MC I've heard from the West is RAS KASS but he has never really had a lot of sales. But E-40 is definitely a very good rapper who just does not get the pub others do since he's in a smaller market.
