I'm about to get into swimming because from what I've read and what I've been told it's probably the best exercise you can do for your body because it's extraordinary resistance training without impact, unlike running.
I was wondering if anyone knows how about how to get the proper form for swimming and what drills help you improve your strength and endurance. Any assistance is appreciated.
