real talk

ive been hitting the weights now heavy for 2 years and am pretty large....i use free weights on everything i work out on and plus i work construction...a great mix

if you eat alot esp cow and chicken and work hard gains will be made

i also learned never listen to anyone else's workout or plan...even if it takes you months find what YOU need and go from there, i did and its worth it...i would never listen to another person agian

Yeah, I get the most results from lifts that use dumbbells or barbells...So I c/s this.

i can bench close to 300lbs and my chest flat as the equator. somerthings wrong.

It may be your form when it comes to benching. Do you feel alot of stress in your shoulders or burning when done benching?

Try focusing on dumbbells then. My boy benches alot but has no chest, his front delts(shoulders) overcompensate for his form on barbell.

Even hammer strength machines help alot, for me I really feel my chest work with them, more so than barbell

What about push ups? I'm taking a break from the bench because my shoulder hurts from that ****. I went out and bought that perfect push up as a replacement. I'm just looking to flatten my chest.

I can definitely c/s this. I've just recently started using free weights, i was big on the machines for years, and i'm already seeing improvements.

Honestly I rarely use free weights anymore.....just mainly do push-ups and machines......

I use free weights, resistance bands, and push ups. I'm on that green beret sh1t with my push-ups.

bottomline. lift heavy. eat plenty of protein and carbs...you'll be swole in no time. i've done both free weights and machines and seen great gains from both.
