My chest is the weakest looking thing on my body. My arms easily over power my upper torse.I hit my chest hard by giving it its own day but for some reason it won't catch up with the rest of my body. It may be genetic and others don't notice but I do. My chest is wide but lacks definition in the middle and doesn't really bulge, my pecs more so sweep out.

I'm in the same boat but I aint' worried bout it for now...Try some cable crossovers or dumbbell flys. Decline Bench Presses seem to round out and beefen my lower/inner pectorals nicely.

Nah, that really hits the outer pectorals.

Can't forget pec deck flys.

I used to do these when I got back to the gym this year after bench press. Had my whole chest super swole like a body builder.

i dunno man...my chest got big back in high school between this and bench pressing, i also did variation pushups

im a proponent of as much calesthenics as possible, gives you proper real world strength as well

the key is keeping yourself from leaning backwards and using your chest more than your triceps

Your frame is genetic.

You can try "targetting" with variations of flys and free weight benching.

You and I are (were) on the same boat. As you get bigger it all begins to poke out. The outside is just the first to do so. Trust.

Stop working your tri's all together. Don't do any tricep isolation excercises. They get enough secondary work in most chest specific motions.

Dips and incline press with dumbbells.

Dips are the ultimate chest builder.
