I was doing good lost over 20 pounds since july and now this. I just needed to vent. :argue:

Same thing happened to me mid stride. Im back now tho. Did they put you on meds? I was on Bactrim(anti B) and some narcotic cough med, but I didnt use that too much

Yea I am bactrim also. Looks like I am going to be on the ps3 workout plan for a while. I woke up 5 this morning ready to gym too.

Yeah make sure you hit the gym hard as soon as you can. I know for me anytime I would take a trip for work or a vacation I'd come back and lose all motivation to hit the gym. Two weeks ago I had the flu and it was the same way. hard for me to get back in the swing of things.
