And i'm not gonna tell you how, because I've learned that starving yourself is actually harrder to do without "supplementation", and i'm not gonnna get into a debate into the safety of my dieting habits..
But yeah, im mad excited. I wish i would have done thsi back in Apil, so i could have looke good for the summer.
basically, I wanted to get smaller, have a tighter, more muscular body. haven't donw any excercise in 6 weeks, and the one day Itried to jog, I ended up having a seizure. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with my supplementation (actuallly, I'm 100 percent sure it did).
But yeah, lt's gotten tothis point, and I'm I wondering if I'm making the right decision. Will I be able to keep the body frame once I stop my "supplements" and eat three meals a day?
This isn't carsh dieting right?
By the way, I was 170 pounds 5' 9''. Now 'm 156 pounds. I feel it's a little unhealthy already to b so small and wantto lose more weight. But whatever.

not good dude but to answer your question
you should eat 5 - 6 small meals a day with little or no carbs and if you are active (not meaning workout like if you don't sit on your butt most days) you will be alright and drop weight a lil quicker. then when you get to your goal switch up your diet to maintain it.

5'9" and 170lbs? That sounds like a pretty normal weight.

all that stress on your body isnt good for your heart
11 pounds in 6 weeks? thats roughlt the goal people shoot for by jjust doing cardio and eating 500 cals less per day.....you doin **** all wrong breh, first I was like damn 11 pounds thats wild then I was like......6 weeks? that aint ****
