I started working out after a series of chicks used to call me skinny in the 11th grade....At first I ignored it but eventually it began to drop my self-esteem...I mean I was still able pull some pretty fine chicks with no problem....But I always used to wonder... if working out would help benefit me to pull more chicks....Truth betold it did...It just gain me an extra boost of confidence in myself......

hard to say. But it was acquired, because when I was younger I didn't care about working out.

I didn't the fact that Women weren't complimenting me like before, giving flirty looks, hollaring at me and since I have two boys of my own now, I would like them to have proof of "My Dad will whoop your Dad's azz!".

Freshmen year in high school I spent the fall season in basketball conditioning...I wasn't conditioned at all, and I lacked muscle. So I started lifting and running hard at conditioning to improve myself.

Then I did track as more off season conditioning for basketball, and in fact ended up being a better distance runner then I was a basketball player (still liked basketball more though).

From there I just kept going up....And also girls would call me skinny a lot too, by junior year that was done with.

This is absolutely true story. I got shot in 99, when I was on the hospital scale they told me I was 215lbs. I was like OMG Im fat. I was eating like sh1t in college and work everyday. So I told myself when I got better I was gonna go on a diet. I finished school about 3 months later and my boy and I started working out.

I went from 215 down to 188 in a few months and I was hooked after that.

The difference it made in HS sports (football and track for me) was tremendous.

There was always good spirited year-round competition with my team involving weight room numbers and athletic performances.

That molded me. Never looked back.

It's satisfying once you've reached a goal knowing it took planning, sacrifices, and strong will.

Football, after our coach told my group we were pathetically weak. Spent the next couple of months in the weight room, and could out press any one. Liked the feeling, and wanted it to stay.

Started because of football, but I kept lifting afterward because I liked the look and confidence I had. Plus it's a great stress release. As far as people that inspired me goes it was a lot of wrestlers. Primarily Chris Benoit :sadcam:.

Growin up I was dead skinny. I had friends w/ little muscles and 6 packs in like 8th grade. I was a fukkin twig.

Freshman yr of college they had this gym in the basement of one of the buildings. It was a fukkin dungeon, but I had a few friends who wanted to start workin out too. The gym was actually pretty well appointed- 3 benches, squat rack (that I never used), Nautilus machine, pull down cable machine and 2 treadmills. Between freshman yr and the end of sophomore yr I easily put on 20# of straight muscle. Chicks were LOVING me. It was a good time.

From there I just wanted to get stronger. Got out of the game for about 2 yrs basically, then came back. I started workin legs + my lower back, and I'm just beasting to my goals. My girl can't keep her hands off me and I've had random puss thrown... it's great. Plus I can beast on 85% of the population.

I took weight lifting class instead of basketball on accident. I was fat and decided to keep the class.

I was out of shape freshman year of highschooled joined th wrestling team and got fit by the end of hs. When I went to college I worked a desk job that paid pretty well and just eat alot and long story short my sex game fell off cause of the weight gain.

as a kid i did boxing, soccer, track, basketball all that and for the most i was kind of lanky up until i was in high school..my metabolism was starting to slow and combined with other things going on i was getting out of shape and sluggish...and i didn't ever want to be fat and out of shape again

i started working out hardcore for various reasons. number 1 i wanted a more positive body image and increase my self-esteem. number 2 my pops was noticing that i looked overweight and he was pretty frank about it. number 3 i wanted to maximize what my body can do. number 4 i wanted to be healthy, high blood pressure runs on both sides of my family. number 5 females love a fit body...they can say its not the case but every chick loves a dude who's in shape..someone who's eye candy that they can show off to their people..now im 6'3 1/2" 225 lbs of muscle and ive reached the point where missing a gym workout is like not being able to breathe...its an integral part of my life now...real talk
