That's what I want to know. That's all i've been using since taking up multi-vitamins earlier this year.

The current bottle I have is still half-way full, but I want to know if it's the best out there so when it runs out i'll know to switch or not.

The bottle I have has 18mg of Iron.

I use Opti-men. Its like 19 bucks for 180 servings. Used to use Animal Pak but felt it was overkill. Orange Triad is good, too. Plus it has joint support.

if you got the cash Centrum Silver is the best there is. period. it gives you all the extra shiit One-A-Day doesn't.

yea on a daily I take Centrum Silver, Omega-3 Fish Oil, Acai, Maca and L-Arginine. I also drink white and red tea like a mad man. I probably consume enough antioxidants for about 10 people on the daily.
