Keto (palumbo diet) protein+fat... extremely low carbs

I might fukk with that diet Diggy... I have already hit a rut in my cutting and I'm def at close to a 800-1000cal/day deficit on days I DON'T work out. Shyts frustrating

It helps a lot. Cuts a lot of sugar, and rids your body of toxins. When you drink that morning bottle it's gonna make you doo doo.
