View Full Version : Ok, Im cleaning up the diet, once again!

I'm gaining weight still, been eating b.s. a bit recently but I want to get to about 240 on clean calories and see where it goes.
Im just going to make a box of rice or pasta and eat it with my chicken or ground sirloin.(portioned of course). Oatmeal and bananas in the morning as usual, with a shake here or there. I don't even like using protein powder much anymore.
I made it over the 230 barrier which was always hard for me. Lets see if I can hit 240.

Ill keep the cals high since Im doing more volume in my training now.

Good luck man. Diet is definitely the HARDEST part of bodybuilding.

I go thru phases with that..Im egged out for now. I have 2 cartons I have to throw away sitting in the fridge.

Yeah I was gonna say eggs would be a good breakfast, solid protein and calories...
...But I didn't think I'd be able to say it without gettin' clowned on. :laugh:

okay i've been having a hard time gaining weight lately so i'm thinkin about adding pasta into my diet. which type of pasta would you recommend and what type of sauce do you eat it with?
been slipping majorly with the diet. cheat weekend turned into cheat fri thru sun, into chat thurs dinner thru sun. i haven't noticed any aesthetic or lbs difference yet but i can almost feel it coming on. i started back on diet today again. hopefully can keep it going.

I cheat on the weekends but today was fukkery by me, due to not having my meals prepared and running out of items. I came in late and had to wake up early, which didnt work properly, I hit mcdonalds for breakfast...I also had that as my only meal up until 530 which was box mac n cheese:RIP:
Tomorrow ill be back on point!
