I changed my diet to:
lean meats (KFC Grilled Chicken, Pollo Tropical, Salmon from chinese spot),
vegatables (Boston Market steam vegetables),
fruits (I only do apples fills you up)
only water or low cal drinks like tea or vitamin water (no diet soda, it upsets the stomach making you think you are hungry)
multivitamin & fish oil daily supplement
***avoid cheese (90 calories per slice) and mayo (90 calories per tablespoon)*** 2 slices and mayo can add 300 calories easily***
This regimen will keep you eating under 1,500 calories per day from being full, (-3,500 calories to burn 1 pound)
