i eat a pretty healthy diet, i work out regularly, but i'm still looking for ways to effectively cut out a little more excess out of my diet. so i figured i'd get drunk/binge drink more healthily. i've cut back on beer, seeing as it has more calories and has some fat, and switched mainly to liquor. i'd imagine vodka is probaly lowest calorie (just a guess), and that rum is probably one of the worst for you (high sugar content). can anyone drop some knowledge on this.

vodka is 70 calories a shot. I drink Vodka soda. Not tonic, soda.

And recently I tried that MGD light which is only 65 calories and it was not bad at all for a beer that light. I can drink 3 of those during a game and only put down 195 calories.

go with that.

The thing about liquor is that it has a high sugar content right?

I keep a list of "acceptable" beers so I know what to drink. Of course bud select is 100 calories. As mentioned, mgd light is 65, bud lime is like 110. Heniken (sp) light is 100.
