So my nutritionist is so damn predictable. She's been giving me the same advice about eating habits....and it's really wack! I'm looking to drop about 20 pounds in the next few months (5'9", 225). So I asked her to come up with a new diet with me. Umm....her suggestions didn't change. I'm not just shedding pounds just for S&G, I'm actually tryna get this belly fat outta here. It's nice having a tight 2-pack. lol. But man-boobs and a gut somehow seem to get all the attention.

I know that the kitchen is a critical part of achieving this goal. I'm looking for advices about foods/meals I should put together. I suppose ne insight on eating schedules would work as well. Right now...I eat 6 small meals a day (about 3-4 hrs. apart). I get some snacks in between. Lately I been eating soda and fast food (but that was just b/c I been too busy to cook/go grocery shopping). I have allergies to all nuts and seafood. I'm also lactose intolerant. And I can't do pork. This is why it's so hard for me. lol. I have no idea where to start, given all those restrictions. And my "nutritionist" was no help. I love fruits and vegetables (i tend to favor fresh produce over frozen). And I have a monthly grocery budget of about $175 (Cleveland, OH).

So what I'm doing right now, I don't think would work. I really would appreciate any help/advice. I take this pretty seriously (hence the nutritionist). She's been great for these last couple years in helping me shed 40 lbs. But this time around, she really disappointed me.
