Worked out for the first time in awhile and I did too much biceps curls.
The day of I was straight, but the next day I couldnt bend my left arm past 90 degrees.
If I try to it hurts real bad like I'm bout to tear my bicep. Its been getting a lil better each day, but is there anything I can do to speed this up? bananas? protein?
keep taking protein and pop some ibuprofen
stretch your biceps next time you work out

Damn, how much weight were you lifting.
You know what's funny, when I do push ups, even as little as 20 I can feel my chest muscles pulling something serious. When I look in the mirror my chest even looks deformed...Scary shyt.
Get well soon!

I'm mad late on a response, but the reason it probably hurt is because it was your first time working your biceps in a while...Like I been on-and-off lifting for a couple years now (I've been real bad lately...:smh: @ myself), and everytime I come back and even do some moderate work then I'm sore for like 4 days or so.

Nobody in here knows what happened huh?
Problem is that homie wasn't doing full curls. U gotta get the full curl until your arms r straight or your shiit will be sore as hell
