Did it all the time in addition with dextrose.

ON 100% Whey is probably the most popular.

For creatine you really gotta try em out and see what works for you. Some people explode off mono while others don't. Some feel the energy boost from esters while others dont... etc etc

I don't think you can get the best of both in one tub. Not that hard to mix two scoops into one cup.
