For the past seven years, I've been living a sendetary lifestyle, eating whatever I want, not exercising at all, and now my arms are just about atrophied, i have some irritating fat around my midsection, and my stamina is low. I'm not overweight, 180-190 pounds, 6'2. I can't run for too long or very fast.
Now, for personal reasons, I want to get fit since I'm not overweight, I feel like it shouldn't be too difficult to do so. Gotta change my diet and have to find a workout routine that will let me form muscles and lose fat without having a heart attack.
Any suggestions?
