Optimum Opti-Men multivitamin


I'll be glad to explain what these are for if any of you guys have questions. Figure I'd help out since I've gotten help through my trial and error in supplements.

I use those 2. What do you think about the reports of small traces of lead in Opti-men?

I found this one site that ranked all the multis and Opti passed the amount of lead safe to consume. Probably could try animal pak next time but I don't feel like taking 11 pills everyday.

I was just wondering since you wanted to break ish down for us and all that.....if paying almost double the price for some protein is what works for you then props.
