Those quarter squats are the worse. I rage whenever i see that in the gym.
I think this guy is doing this as a joke to piss everyone off. Looks like he was trying to hold back his smile in the last one.

i used to work at the gym so i saw these morons every day
dudes cant max at 165 by themself, but theyre trying to bench 225 with reps (spotter) lmao
ive seen dudes "squat", i kid you not, they bend so little that it actually looks like theyre just standing there and holding the weight for like 20 seconds

On the real, those helped me develop confidence in my squats. I was hesitant to squat certain weight, so I would try those baby squats to get a feel for it. Worked for me, but I will never squat like that again.

Damn man I wanted to see these. And yea I was doin the quarter squats when I first started out. Goin low is scary + droppin weight to correct form hurts
