I took off about 2 weeks, my garage is a mess from returning my lease. Stuff from my car is everywhere so I havent been doing weights in there out of laziness.
Joined la fitness this week after using free pass.
Anyway, my damn back muscles feel like they are on fire as I am laying here typing this. Holy sh!t it hasnt felt like this in a long ass time. I did some things I havent done in a bit, it feels like the muscles have been mauled by a grizzly bear :sadcam:
Putting on a shirt sucks, you know its bad when my scapulars hurt more than my legs :sadcam:

My legs hurt! I started working out with a trainer about a month ago and he keeps, "taking it too the next level." He has a motto, "there's no such thing as too much weight." I'm not as sore as I was though. I soaked in tub with some epsom salt.

My legs are a bit sore but feel pumped from yesterday. My calves feel a bit ouchie. Imma goto the gym soon, feeling lazy so Imma shower 1st to wake up

do you guys take creatine? I find that if I take creatine after a hard workout, I usually don't get sore.

i coulda signed this last week.. pole dancing wednesday night (did not realize my arms are that weak :sadcam: ) and then i spent like 12 hours thursday cleaning and organizing my bedroom and closet.. took apart my desk, put together a shelf, and took everything out of my closet (didn't realize i had that many shoes...:guilty: )
needless to say friday my thighs ached and it hurt to raise my arms to get dressed
i'll be signing in tomorrow night... we're learning lots of spins :unsure:
i love it when im sore it really feels like a got a good workout, when im sore i try to eat as much protein as i can because im sure thats your muscles quenching it and rehealing

my arms........ and my right hand... i wonder if that's gonna be a callus or a bruise... :sadcam:
i got my bengay patches on though... :cool:
My 20 minute warmup in training today =
Run around the mat
15 clapping pushups
run
high knees into a lunge
Bear crawl around the mat
get on your back and put your legs 6 inches off the ground and kick them in and out
get up and run
hands behind your head and do squats for 60 seconds
mountain climbers
burpees
bear crawls
walk it out
run
jumpin jacks
squats
bear crawls
on your back and simulate doing a triangle choke
walk it out
Do backwards hip escapes up and down the mat
Do foward hip escapes up and down the mat
do alligator crawls up and down the mat
Get water. The End
But i aint sore like u n1ggas. :yayo:
