Run 20-30 mins in the morning
do sprint master/gazelle 20-30 minutes in evening

60 pushups in the morning and 60 at night

throw in 90 situps in the morning and night

60 reverse crunches mroning and night

45 leg raise each leg mroning and night

and 90 calf raises morning and night

works out all the improtant shyt ppl actually see, and it's not heavy duty stuff. It'll fix u up.

No days off. I figured it's light enough so i don't need the rest.

I do miss a few days at a time. I'm not trying to get big, just trying to get soem defintion and lose my gut.

Think this works?

:hmm:

If you're only worried about the "important shyt ppl actually see", why not just do some forearm curls and calf raises?

Push ups are not gonna get your pecs big enough for people to notice through your shirts. Ab exercises will not make your stomach flat. And there's no magic way to get definition, it's gained by losing body fat and building muscle. You're not gonna get much results with that program.

:(

It feels like it's doing something. It's gotta work for something. i mean my arms look bigger. My stomach def. isn't getting flatter, but i am getting some muscle definiton in my abdomen.

Im doing the calf raises though. so how do you flatten your stomach? Just eat less? Im on This herb that helps curb your appetite (sort of works). It's called Caralluma Fimbriata, the brand of pill is Apartrim. It was cheap and i found it in Rite aid, so im not expecting much. I just read that they use it in India and call it the "famine herb". They eat it as a vegetable to go for long journies without food. I also take apple cider vinegar pills, figured that'll help al il bit. I'm, trying to waTCH what I eat too. It's tough. i get soooooooo hungry sometimes. I'm 5 9, 170 pounds. Look pretty good, just have a gut.

anybody know if smoking reduces muscle growth somehow? I smoke 30 mins before a workout and right after my workouts.

There's not many supplements I can take because Im on meds. I cant' really mess with any stimulants.

There's a limit to how much you can grow when using the same weight. Increasing the reps won't really make you bigger, but it will give you more endurance. If the ultimate goal is to gain muscle, you gotta keep increasing the weight you're lifting, while keeping the reps somewhere between 6-12. You will definitely see some results in the beginning since your body is not used to working out, but with bodyweight exercises you will hit the plateau quick. My advice is to join a gym or get some real equipment and do some real weight training. But if you're not that serious about it, keep doing what you're doing but expand on the routine to cover your entire body.

Regarding abs, doing ab exercises doesn't burn fat in the belly. If you want flat stomach you have to lose overall body fat by eating right and doing cardio. Ab muscles are just like any other muscles, when you train it it gets bigger and more defined.

Not sure about the supplement you mentioned but just try to eat healthy and avoid fatty stuff.

Smoking what? Cigarettes are definitely bad for muscle growth since nicotine constricts blood vessels, not to mention the lung problems. (I still smoke tho :( ) If you're talking about herbs, I don't see nothing wrong with it as long as you watch what you eat.
