View Full Version : A good muscle building workout for a beginner/novice...??

Okay, i've lost the weight with exercising(lots of jumprope for cardio)...but now I don't want to lose anymore weight I want to start building muscle or at least toning up.

Question...will building muscle make you gain weight? I wouldn't mind that as long as it's muscle weight. I didn't know too much cardio makes you lose weight lol...I just found that out.

I'm still a beginner at the whole workout thing...

Also...I don't have a gym membership at this moment...I really don't have the time to go with work and school...anyway I could do something at home?
